Rental Information

Daily Hall Rental: Basic rental fee is $450 for the entire day which consists of 10 consecutive hours between 8:00 AM and midnight.

Hourly Hall Rental: The hall is available for rent at $75 per hour. With the hourly rental there is no extra time allotted for set-up or clean-up. Partial hours will be charged as either one-half or one hour based on the actual usage time.

Kitchen: The kitchen is available at no extra cost. No dishes, glassware or silverware are included in the rental.

Beverages: Either upstairs or downstairs bars are available and serve both beer and liquor.

Cans of soft drinks and bottled water are also available. Wine, if desired by the renter, must be supplied by the renter. There will be a corking fee for each wine bottle. Any wine remaining at the end will be removed by the renter. No other outside beverages allowed without the written permission of the Post Commander or the Post Financial Officer.

Deposit: A deposit is required to hold a date for rental (see contract for details). The deposit will be applied toward the rental fee. In the event of a change in plans, the deposit will be refunded in full if the rental is canceled more than 30 days prior to the event. For cancellations less than 30 days prior to the event, deposit refunds will be at the discretion of the legion post.
