St. Quentin Post Members and Friends,

I wanted to take just a moment during this busy holiday season to reflect on the past year and remember how fortunate we are to live in this great nation. Please never forget that what you do matters, no matter your role in our post, what you do makes a difference to all veterans, to those who are still serving, and to our nation. Thank you for what you do to make ours post what it is!

2014 has been a great year and I am honored to continue to serve as your Commander. We have accomplished a great deal this year, and each of us should be proud of those accomplishments with an eagerness to take on whatever the New Year brings.

As we bring closure to this year, let’s keep in mind those service members who are operating forward, many serving in harm’s way across the globe and away from family and friends. I ask that you keep them & their families in your thoughts and prayers.

Please enjoy the holidays with your family and get charged and ready for a great 2015 at the Ely American Legion!
